How I work

We begin our 60 minute sessions with a 10 minute intake interview. We then move to a table, where my client lies flat, supine on their back. If necessary, I will ask the client to turn over so I can access the spine area. We then conclude with a 10 minute analysis and overview of our session and I can answer any questions my client should have for me at this time.

Reiki

The Usui System of Natural Healing, commonly called Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a unique and highly effective technique for balancing and energizing oneself and others physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The method is both simple and direct in its amplification of Ki, the universal life force energy. Reiki requires no thought or belief system to activate it, no meditative or altered state to use it, and is compatible with any healing modality or religious belief. It is a self-directed movement of powerful yet subtle energy through one's hands, which is activated by a Reiki Master. It can be utilized as a self-help technique and as a therapy adjunct to other preventative, health care methods, including stress management, relief of tension and pain, and to promote specific healing.

I charge $125 per 60 minute session.
